Order and Return Policy

1. Incorrect Delivery Information:
– If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery details (such as phone number or address), the shipping company will return the order, and the customer will bear new shipping fees upon correcting the details and rescheduling the delivery.

 

2. Delivery Timelines:
– Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
– Shipments outside Kuwait take between 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

 

3. Delivery Process and Customer Communication:
– Upon delivery, the shipping company will contact the customer via the registered phone number.
– If the customer does not respond within 15 minutes of the call, the order will be returned, and new shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

 

4. Return Policy:
– Customers may return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt if they are not satisfied.
– The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories, and accompanied by the original invoice indicating the order date and returned product.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of a product return.
– Products included in promotions and discounts are non-returnable.

 

5. Fees and Taxes:
– In case of a return, a fee of up to 2.5% of the total purchase amount may be deducted from the refunded amount.
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after verifying the invoice and ensuring the product’s condition.
– International orders may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country, which will be added upon arrival at the final destination.
