In the event that the order is not received due to an error in the delivery data (phone number) or otherwise, it will be returned by the delivery company and new delivery fees will be imposed if the delivery data is corrected by the customer.
When the order is completed after 8:59 pm, it will be delivered the next day.
When the order is delivered by the delivery company, the customer will be contacted via the mobile phone sent upon completion of the order. If the customer does not respond within 15 minutes, the product will be returned and new delivery fees will be imposed.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is complete with all its accessories and wrapped in its original packaging, and that there is the original invoice for the order stating the date of the order and the returned product.
Delivery fees are non-refundable in the event that the product is returned.
There will be a tax of up to 2.5% of the total purchases deducted from the refunded amount.
The amount will be refunded within 14 working days after verifying the validity of the invoice and the safety of the product after the return.
